10/01/16 - EAST LANCASHIRE RAILWAY having been restored at riley and sons , bury 60163 FLYING SCOTSMAN made its first public moves at the east lancs railway in wartime black livery - problems with its air pump meant it had to double headed with there black 5 45407 to give brake assistance this meant that the two locos and eight coaches were two long for the loop at ramsbottom calling for none stop runs ,the problems of shuffeling the locos around each end so Scotsman could lead meant that by mid day everything was running a hour and a half late so she only completed two of her four runs in daylight also 42765 34092 CITY OF WELLS - stole the show for me
